Consultations are generally an hour and half for hair with an optional makeup application.
Peter’s wedding consultation cost $300.00 per person
Peter’s Associates’ consultation cost $150.00 per person

There is an hour and half minimum appointment for bridal consultation. Rates are subject to change. Hourly fees are per stylist.
Sunday weddings services in the salon are at the same rate as Out of Salon wedding services.
Out of salon wedding services on a Sunday, or Holiday require further assistance, please, email info@peteralvarez.com, for more information.
Travel fee increases, if one of the following applies: (1) require stylist(s) to make two or more trips to the wedding site on the day of the wedding, (2) travel time exceeds 30 minutes.
We make the bride our first priority and are attentive to her needs. Our staff is professionally trained and experienced in bridal hair and makeup. We welcome a tour of our salon and to meet our staff any time during business hours. If you have any questions, please feel free to call for more information.
Please Note:
- Time estimates may vary according to length and condition of hair.
- Call in advance for availability of the date of the wedding.
- Bridal consultation is required for the bride, no exceptions.
- Wedding day appointments are confirmed after your consultation has been completed and your deposit has been received.
- A deposit is equal to 50 percent of estimated cost of wedding day services.
- Deposits are nonrefundable for missed & late appointments.
- We do not guarantee services for late appointments of 15 or more minutes.
- When booking wedding service appointments, a credit card will be taken to reserve your appointments.
- We require a 48-hour notice for any cancelled bridal appointments.
If there is less than a 48-hour cancellation notice, the credit card on file will be charged half the value of the time booked off for your bridal appointment or bridal appointments.
We have reserved this time for you and your bridal party. Any bridal appointments cancelled or missed on the day of the wedding will be at the bride’s expense, a 100% value of the time booked for the missed or cancelled appointments. Bridal appointments are usually during peak salon hours, therefore, we are strict about our policy.
Helpful Hints for the day of the wedding
Updo appointments work best when hair has been washed the day before. When the hair is “too clean” it doesn’t hold as well. Please do not come in with wet hair for an updo, as it will require extra time not included in the estimate.
Makeup applications get the best results with clean and moisturized faces.
Bridal Consultation Appointment
Bring a picture of your dress and pictures of hairstyles you might have in mind. The stylist will consult with you on what you have in mind. What are your flowers? Is the wedding a day or night event? A trial run of the hair and, or, makeup will be performed. A picture of your hair and makeup will be taken along with notes for the day of the wedding. If the bride has any feedback about the hair and, or, makeup, please let us know within a few days of the consultation.
For your Bridal Parties, Estimate of Time and Cost:
The more specific you are about what you want your bridal party to have done, the more accurate the estimate will be. Find out if they want updo’s, blowdrys, makeup, and if they have curly, straight, or a lot of hair to be styled. Let us know what time you need to be finished by, then we will figure out the start time for you and your bridal party.

- Check for date availability.
- Find out how many people want services and what they need to have done.
- Make appointment for bridal consultation.
- After consultation make any additional appointments needed for rehearsal dinner, manicures, pedicures, etc.
- Confirm appointments for bridal party.
- Make deposit to reserve date and appointments for the day of the wedding.
- The week of wedding we will confirm all appointments and make arrangements for payment on the day of the wedding. Final payment is due on the day of wedding.
